Waypoint Church is raising up a people with a passion for Jesus and His purposes in the earth. We long to see a church multiplying movement in which the Kingdom of God comes. As a result, deep, authentic relationship with Jesus and with one another becomes a reality, and our city and the un-reached areas of our world are forever changed by His presence.

We value slowing down to be with Jesus

Deep, authentic relationship requires slowing down our body, mind and soul to have meaningful interaction.   Jesus invites us into deep, authentic relationship with Him!

We value being sons and daughters of God

Who we are is more important than what we do and what we do flows from who we are.  We are God’s children adopted into His family. 

We value listening to and obeying God

We can hear the voice of God and obedience is our only preference.

We value a multi-generational and multi-ethnic church and her role in the world

The Church (the community of people who know, love and obey God) is God’s plan for the world to know Him and there is no other plan.

 We value everyone’s calling to live on mission

No matter what your occupation is, God has you there for Him and His kingdom first and foremost. 

We value discipleship

Everyone is called to be discipled and to make disciples of Jesus. 

We value healthy community

Our discipleship goes beneath the surface and emphasizes wholeness and teaches skills so that deep relationships with one another becomes a reality.
