HARRISON SCHOOL BOOK CLUBS
Harrison school book clubs meet for one hour each week during lunch time to help a struggling student with their reading. Each adult is assigned 1-3 children they read with each week during the school year.
REFUGEE HOMEWORK HELP
Refugee homework help is a weekly outreach where relationships with kids, grades K-6, are built in the context of checking in with them about their schoolwork, home life and learning about God.
Saturday play is an opportunity to get to know our neighbors and share God’s love through the universal means of PLAY! Long lasting friendships and mentoring can start and grow on Saturdays.
COACH SOCCER WITH REFUGEES
This opportunity takes places each summer during June and July. Waypoint has the opportunity to coach teams through PACE, the Police Athletics through Community Engagement League.
IMPACT OMAHA PRAYER
Impact Omaha prayer ttakes place each Monday from 6:30pm-7:30pm starting at Waypoint. We prayer walk around the neighborhood, church and Harrison School during the hour asking God to show us what, who and where to pray.
Unbound Omaha is an anti-human trafficking ministry that provides an opportunity to learn about trafficking and how we can actively participate in addressing this issue in our church and community.
