We believe in short-term missions at Waypoint Church and know how much impact can be made through these teams. Many of the people that are currently in full time missions are there as a result of what God did in them on a short-term outreach.

Canada Team

will be working with Youth With a Mission - Vancouver who is welcoming the
world for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
YWAM
is standing in partnership with the larger Christian Community to
impact Metro Vancouver with the love of God and believing it will
make a difference far beyond the 6-week span of the Olympic and Paralympic
Games

Ministry: Sports/Kids’
Games, Visual and Performing Arts, Open Crowd/Community Festivals, Prayer
Ministry, Hospitality/Food Services, Urban ministry/serving the local Poor, etc…
Mexico
City Team – Youth and Family
Cost: $1,000

Dates: June 11th – 20th
Application Deadline:

Mission: We will be working to support a local Mexican Church that we have been sending teams to over the last ten years in their efforts to reach their community for Jesus.
Types of Ministry: We are still working on the specifics of this trip but in the past we have done several different activities including: construction projects,
street evangelism, children programs, sports evangelism, prayer walks, and feeding the poor.

Scotland Team – 18-25’s

Mission: We will be working in partnership with
Lighthouse Church of Musselburgh Scotland with the vision of reaching college
students on several different campuses.
Types of Ministry: Prayer walks, Prayer
tables, Intercession, street ministry, treasure hunting and sharing the Gospel. This will be a powerful time of sharing
the love of Jesus with those who don’t know him and seeing him do miracles in
the lives of Scottish college students.
